Investment include includes the following:

  • Interest Income: Any interest earned (usually on a savings account or term deposit)

  • Dividend: If you own shares, the company may pay you a dividend and this must be included on your tax return.

  • Trust or Managed Fund Income: Usually you will be provided with a tax statement from the trust or managed fund you have invested in. You will simply need to enter this in the relevant fields.
