The great news here is that as long as the purchase price of the Motorcycle/scooter is below $20,000 (GST exclusive), you will be able to claim a deduction in full!

On the 9th May 2017 the government announced that there will be an extension to the simplified deprecation period. This means that if you are a small business, you can claim an immediate deduction for the business portion of most assets if the cost less than $20,000 (GST exclusive).

The simplified deprecation period has been extended to 30 June 2018, lets make the most of this while it lasts!
